原子發(fā)射油料光譜關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及航空保障應(yīng)用研究

摘 要:現(xiàn)代化航空產(chǎn)品尤其是飛機(jī)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)等重點(diǎn)部件向著復(fù)雜化、集成化和智能化發(fā)展,與之相匹配的航空保障要求也提出了基于油液等多參數(shù)的預(yù)知性健康管理要求。介紹了了航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)健康監(jiān)控保障為目的進(jìn)行原子發(fā)射光譜現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)的技術(shù)原理及關(guān)鍵技術(shù),針對(duì)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)挑戰(zhàn)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行方法創(chuàng)新和技術(shù)改進(jìn)并結(jié)合實(shí)際應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)了一套油液原子發(fā)射光譜現(xiàn)場(chǎng)快速檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品,闡述了本研究方法和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新改進(jìn)的具體內(nèi)容和應(yīng)用。實(shí)現(xiàn)的產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)涵蓋多項(xiàng)功能,已在部隊(duì)多型飛機(jī)上進(jìn)行了對(duì)比試用,能有效監(jiān)控航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)等關(guān)鍵部件的健康狀態(tài),成為現(xiàn)代基于健康管理的航空保障的重要手段。

Abstract:Modern aviation products are becoming more sophisticated, integrated and intelligent, and the new requirements of aviation support such as PHM(Pre-diagnose Healthy Management) based oil analysis of aviation engine becoming more and more useful to meet in the new situation. This article introduces the working principle of spectrum instrument and its key technology.This paper analysis key technology and develop a spectrum instrument for oil analysis of aviation engine, systematically introduce method and application of Aeronautic Support. This Spectrum Instrument has been test by different type of aviation engine by some troops.
